DELAFORCE BEGONE!

Ask any leaseholder valuer if Delaforce works both ways and see what comes back. 

It’s freeholder spin plain and simple.  Look I may, for the most part at least, be a leaseholder man, as smallfry such as myself tend to be, but I have nothing against the freeholder community per se and what’s fair is fair in my book. This cost-pressure thing though needs to be called to task, and I’ve made it my personal mission to do what little I can to redress what I see as an inappropriate and unfair balance of power.

So, if any of you legal eagles out there would like to see a little more use of Tribunal Rule 13 than has certainly been the case, until now at least, then please feel free to give me a call.  Your leaseholder clients will thank you for it.
