Leasehold Enfranchisement

I deal with all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement insofar as this relates to flats and blocks of flats. This therefore includes lease extensions and collective freehold acquisitions.

How quickly do I find the need to clarify here that I am not an estate agent?  I am not.  With all due deference to those in practice that particular rat race is one in which I have neither the wish nor the energy to run.  What I know for sure, however, is that there will on occasion be vendors who might feel, rightly or wrongly, that their agent could perhaps be doing better or working harder on their behalf.

I am committed to the view that if more people were aware of their natural entitlement to be buried in private land (including agricultural land) subject only to the necessary landowner consents and a relatively short list of easily met regulatory requirements this would be an attractive proposition.
