I deal with all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement insofar as this relates to flats and blocks of flats. This therefore includes lease extensions and collective freehold acquisitions. I predominantly act for leaseholders but I can also act for freeholders always seeking best advantage for my client of whichever varietal in the prevailing circumstances.
As a semi-retired practitioner I am now able to offer my services on a VAT-free basis and preferential fees are available wherever I have been referred by one of my select, specialist solicitors.
