My posts will be having a look at this, lets be fair, somewhat sad industry. I shall be entirely even-handed about it by saying that not all estate agents are as bad as many would imagine. Some may be even worse but others (and many of them) are quite a bit better. My core theme in all of this, however, will tend towards the simple matter of communication because herein, in my view at least, lies the key to any quality of service.
