Private Burial Facilitation

I am committed to the view that if more people were aware of their natural entitlement to be buried in private land (including agricultural land) subject only to the necessary landowner consents and a relatively short list of easily met regulatory requirements this would be an attractive proposition. This not only to those wishing to themselves be buried (rather than making contribution to the inanely advertised corporate oven industry) but also to farmers and landowners who might stand to benefit.
The key to the whole question as I see it lies in the understanding of the situation relating to planning control. My objective here is to assist and advise farmers in this regard and particularly those who might be interested in any micro-involvement with minimal to zero bureaucracy and risk of issue whilst fundamentally seeing no disruption to their day-to-day farming activities.
I have no set fee structure for my work in this area and this will depend entirely on the nature of the specific exercise whether it be acting for farmer or the party seeking burial rights.
